To gain access to Tradersbrain, user is required to subscribe to a Tradersbrain Subscription Service Program or apply for membership to PILOT. Tradersbrain offers five (5) individual Service Programs.
An initial 3-month subscription is required for each Subscription Service Program. If subscriber cancels subscription prior to the initial 3-month period a penalty will be applied to the subscriber's account.
If subscriber or member changes to a new subscription-based service an initial 3-month subscription is required under the new subscription plan.
Prospective members are required to read and agree to the Tradersbrain Terms & Agreement of the service prior to subscribing to a Tradersbrain Service Program.

Paid Service Program subscription fees or check-out fees are non-refundable.
Before a title can be shipped, subscriber must complete a Check-Out form.
Upon completion of a Check-Out form subscriber will be notified via email that their Check-Out request has been received. Included will be confirmation that the title(s) is/are available for shipment. Please note that sometimes titles listed in the Tradersbrain database may not be available for shipment. This is usually caused by delays in updating our databases.
Prior to shipment of a title a Rental Agreement must be acknowledged and accepted by the Service Program subscriber
If a title is not available subscriber may enter their name onto the title's request form.
Subscriber is required to include the maximum number of titles allowed by their subscribed-to Service Program per check-out. Partial title check-outs are not permitted.
PILOT Program members only
PILOT members are granted a Check-Out period of 45 calendar days. Check-out period includes shipping time from Tradersbrain to member and return shipment. Member will be notified via email of the actual due date. The actual due date will also be included on the invoice that accompanies the shipment.
PILOT members are not required to check-out maximum number of titles available (2). Titles can be checked-out separately
PILOT member may extend a Check-Out, without incurring penalty, only if the Extension Request is received prior to, or on, the check-out's final due date. PILOT member is allowed a maximum of two (2) consecutive extensions on a check-out.
A late fee of 0.95 per day is calculated and will be applied from the date immediately following the final due date to the date prior to the receipt date.
Tradersbrain ships packages via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipments are mailed via USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail and USPS International Priority. USPS media mail will usually take 4-14 business days for delivery. USPS Priority is advertised to take 2-3 business days for delivery and USPS International Priority is estimated to take 6 to 10 days for delivery.
Each Tradersbrain shipment will include:
Title(s).
Re-usable box for shipping and packaging materials.
Invoice. Invoice specifies: Due Dates.
Return shipment address label.
Return postage (US Services: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum only)
Title Condition Report (TCR). The TCR details any defects on title prior to shipping. The TCR is located on the invoice.

Subscriber and PILOT member are required to package and ship title(s) back to Tradersbrain. Subscriber and PILOT member are also responsible if check-out is damaged as a result of poor packaging for return shipment.
For US subscription-based services only - if the return Postage Page amount is less than the amount required to ship, the subscriber is asked to cover the amount difference. Tradersbrain will then discount the difference amount plus 10% of the difference amount off the subscribers next monthly subscription fee.
For Service subscribers and PILOT members
Titles listed on Tradersbrain are available for purchase.
At any time during the Check-Out period Subscriber or PILOT member has the option of purchasing the title(s). To purchase the title, Subscriber or PILOT member must complete an OFFER Pricing form.

Subscribers or PILOT member may purchase any title in the Tradersbrain database at any time.
All Tradersbrain title sales are final.
If purchasing a title not on check-out, Subscriber or PILOT member are responsible for payment of shipping charges.
For non-subscribers and non-members
Tradersbrain's library of titles are available for sale to the general public.
To purchase the title, an OFFER Pricing form must be completed by the buyer.

Due to unfortunate events in the past, Tradersbrain will not ship to the following countries: Nigeria, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nicaragua, Romania, Russia and Vietnam. Furthermore, Tradersbrain takes no responsibility for and has no control over any type of customs clearance operations or charges.
All sales are final.
PILOT Program Members only
Check-out must be returned to Tradersbrain within the listed Due Dates range.
The Due Dates range is listed on the shipment Invoice.
If member does not return the check-out within the Due Dates period a late fee is charged per day. The amount of the late fee is a flat $0.95 per title per day.
Late fees will accumulate for 30 days or until the check-out is returned or the title(s) is/are purchased through our online Purchase form. After 30 days all titles included on the past due invoice will be automatically purchased at the Tradersbrain retail price minus late fees charged.
Members may extend their check-out by submitting an Extension form or by contacting Tradersbrain via email or phone. Member is allowed two consecutive extensions on the same Check-Out. Please see our Extension fee schedule.
Accompanying each shipment is a Title Condition Report (TCR). This report details the condition of each title prior to shipment.
We recommend performing a quick overview of the condition for each title in your check-out when it first arrives. If a title has damage or defects not listed on the TCR it must be reported immediately. To report damage or defects complete our TCR form.
Subscriber or PILOT member is responsible for notifying Tradersbrain when a title displays damage not noted in the TCR.
Subscriber or PILOT member is required to notify Tradersbrain within 2 days of receipt if a title displays damage not noted in the TCR.
Subscriber or PILOT member will be held responsible if a title is returned to Tradersbrain damaged or displaying damage not noted on the original TCR and may be charged a title depreciation fee.

Damage Title Fee
Fee amounts are derived by determining the depreciation amount of the damaged title. We do understand that title's experience normal wear and use. Thus, Tradersbrain practices a conservative damaged title policy. Tradersbrain will only apply Damage fees to titles where writing, tearing, bending, crushing, cracking, scratching or/and marking are/is present, but not listed on the current Title Condition Report (TCR).
Subscriber will be notified via email of the subscription start date and will be charged the Service Program subscription fee monthly on the same date. In the event a subscription starts on the 31st of a month, the billing cycle will commence on the first day of the next month.
If cancelling a subscription, the cancellation will take effect after the cancelling subscribers current billing cycle concludes.
In the event a subscriber's credit card on file has expired or is no longer accepted by Tradersbrain credit processing company, the subscriber will be requested to provide new valid credit card information within 72 hours of the initial request. If no new valid credit card information is provided within 72 hours of initial request for information, Tradersbrain reserves the right to place subscriber's account in 'Inactive' standing. In 'Inactive' standing no check-out request by the subscriber in 'Inactive' standing will be honored. In addition, if subscriber in 'Inactive' standing has Tradersbrain title(s) on check-out, Tradersbrain will demand return of titles immediately. If titles are not returned, within a period determined by Tradersbrain, Tradersbrain will seek remedy by means of collection and/or reporting to appropriate credit agencies.
Tradersbrain holds all subscriber and member information confidential and does not disseminate any personal information to outside entities. Tradersbrain strictly practices and enforces its privacy policy.
Tradersbrain takes copyright infringement seriously. Subscriber or member is not permitted to infringe on copyright of any title offered by Tradersbrain unless it has been authorized by the copyright holder. In the event that Tradersbrain is notified, or where evidence is provided, that the subscriber or member has infringed on a protected copyright, said subscriber or member will be reported to the copyright holder.
Tradersbrain reserves the right to change its service policy. In the event of changes, Service subscriber or PILOT member will be notified in a timely manner through email.
