A good inside look at trading S&P futures on a micro level. Mr. Trivette uses simple methods to trade the S&P frequently during a trading session chosen at random. Although this style is very active, it seems though his core approach could be applied to a longer-term time frame with success. The book is a short, fast read, and is worth the time for anyone who trades on a very short-term scale.
