One of the better books on Mechanical Systems Trading I personally have come across. The breakdown of systems into trend-following vs. mean reversion and which is better suited to an individual's unique personality is the main theme of the book. Geared toward system-trading purists, but has some interesting discretionary ideas to incorporate.
