Bronze Service

• 1 Title Limit - Service subscriber is allowed a single title checked-out. A title must be received prior to a new check-out being shipped.

• No Late Fee - No time restrictions apply as long as the service subscriber is in 'good standing'

• Media Mail / Media Mail shipment - Bronze Service subscriber's check-out will be shipped via USPS Media Mail. Included will be Media Mail postage paid for the return shipment.

• Monthly Fee - $6.95 per month. Subscription period begins on Sign-Up date. 3 month obligation required.

Silver Service

• 2 Title Limit - Service subscriber is required to include 2 titles per check-out.

• No Late Fee - No time restrictions apply as long as the service subscriber is in 'good standing'.

• Media Mail / Media Mail shipment - Silver Service subscriber's check-out will be shipped via USPS Media Mail. Included will be Media Mail postage paid for the return shipment.

Gold Service

• 2 Title Limit -  Service subscriber is required to include 2 titles per check-out.

• No Late Fee - No time restrictions apply as long as the service subscriber is in 'good standing'.

• Media Mail / Priority Mail shipment - Gold Service subscriber's check-out will be shipped via USPS Media Mail. Included will be Priority postage and packaging for the return shipment.

• Package Pick-Up - Schedule a pick-up of the return shipment from the address of your choice. No post office visit necessary.

• Monthly Fee - $21.95 per month. Subscription period begins on Sign-Up date. 3 month obligation required.

Platinum Service

• 2 Title Limit -  Service subscriber is required to include 2 titles per check-out.

• No Late Fee - No time restrictions apply as long as the service subscriber is in 'good standing'.

• Priority Mail / Priority Mail shipment - Platinum Service subscriber's check-out will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Included will be Priority postage and packaging for the return shipment.

• Package Pick-Up - Schedule a pick-up of the return shipment from the address of your choice. No post office visit necessary.

• Monthly Fee - $25.95 per month. Subscription period begins on Sign-Up date. 3 month obligation required.

PILOT Program

• 2 Title Limit - Program member is not required to include 2 titles per check-out. Titles can be checked-out separately. Program member cannot have more than two titles out on check-out at any one time.

• 45 Day Check-Out period - Checked-out title(s) must be received at the Tradersbrain office during the 'Due Date' period,  or approximately 45 - 50 calendar days. If title(s) is/are returned after the Due Date period a 0.95 per-day, per-title, charge will be applied to the Program member's account. To avoid a Late Fee, the Program member has the opportunity to Extend the Check-Out an additional 45 days.

• Media Mail or Priority - PILOT program check-outs are mailed via USPS Media Mail or Priority mail, whichever is requested by the program member at time of check-out. Program member is responsible for cost of return shipment.

• Per-Title Fee - PILOT Program is charged on a per-title basis and not a monthly subscription fee. Check-out fees are as follows:

  Media Mail Shipping ................................... $7.00 per title

  Priority Shipping ........................................ $14.95 per title

   

Canadian Services

Canadian Silver Service

• 2 Title Limit - Service subscriber is required to include 2 titles per check-out.

• One-Way Priority International shipment - Canadian Silver Service check-out is shipped via USPS Priority International Mail. Subcriber is responsible for cost of return shipment. The USPS advertises delivery Priority International Mail to Canada in 6 - 10 days.

• Monthly Fee - $29.95 per month. Subscription period begins on Sign-Up date. 3 month obligation required.

Canadian PILOT Program
