The following instructions should be used as a guideline for shipping title(s) back to Tradersbrain.
The box used for shipping the title to you will be used to ship the title back to Tradersbrain.
When returning a title use the brown side of the box as the outside. Lay the box flat with the white side facing up. Place the title in the middle of the box (See figure 1 below).
Once the title has been secured in the middle of the box fold side (A) over the top of the title. Then fold side (C) over the bottom of the title.
Once (A) and (C) are covering the top and bottom portions of the title fold side (B) over the top of the title. Side (B) should now cover part of the title and part of sides (A) and (C).
After side (B) is secured fold side (D) over the remaining exposed area of the title. This should cover and enclose the title in the box.
Now that the box has been fully closed, tape the box shut. Do this by placing a strip of strong shipping tape down the seam of the box where sides (B) and (D) overlap (see figure 2 below).
Tape from the top of the box to the bottom. Be sure to add extra tape at each end so that sides (A) and (C) will not slide open.
Now that the box has been sealed you are ready to ship, but first you must add the Postage. Postage is provided for Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum subscribers only. Turn the box over from the sealed side and place the return address postage page on the smooth, seamless, side of the box. Center the postage page in the middle of the box and tape the outside of each side of the postage page to the box so that the outside of the postage page is sealed tightly to the box. Then place tape across the middle of the postage page.
Note: For subscribers: Try not to create many wrinkles in the tape that covers the postage page. It may cause problems when the USPS tries to scan. Since the postage page contains the return postage and mailing address, it is important that the postage page is secured tightly to the box.
PILOT members are required to provide postage for the return shipment.
Please be sure the box is tightly sealed. You are responsible for the proper shipping and handling of the title(s). If you find there is a problem with the postage page contact Tradersbrain's Support Services prior to shipping.

Tradersbrain Shipping Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I upgrade my shipping method from Media Mail to Priority?
No. To upgrade to Priority from Media Mail would require that you upgrade your current Service Program subscription to Gold or Platinum.
I am a PILOT member, what mailing options are available to me?
As a PILOT member you have two shipping options available - USPS Media mail ($7.00 per title), or USPS Priority mail ($14.95 per title). When checking-out a title you will be prompted to provide a shipment method.
What if the enclosed Postage Page does not have enough shipping amount to cover return shipment?
If the Postage Page amount is less than the amount required to ship, the subscriber is asked to cover the amount difference. Tradersbrain will then discount the difference amount plus 10% of the difference amount off the subscriber's next monthly subscription fee.
What if the package is damaged during return shipment?
Depending on the package condition when received, will determine whether the subscriber will be held responsible for the cost of the package contents. For example, if a box is crushed or smashed, Tradersbrain will not hold the subscriber responsible since this is a case of negligence on the part of the USPS. If, however, a box or envelope is opened, or not sealed correctly, Tradersbrain will hold the subscriber responsible, since this is negligence on the subscriber's part.
Does Tradersbrain supply its' subscribers with packaging material?
Yes. Tradersbrain supplies - as part of your subscription - packing tape. To re-order packing tape send a Support request to our shipping department. Upon receipt of your request, Tradersbrain will send the new tape roll and dispenser as part of your check-out shipment.
