Is Tradersbrain a subscription-based service?

Yes and No. Tradersbrain has various subscription-based service programs ranging from $6.95 to $29.95 per month. For the occasional reader we provide a per-title program. Whatever your needs, Tradersbrain has a program to fit your information requirements. See our Sign-Up page for more information

Can I have more than one title out at a time?

Depending on the service you choose, a user can have up to 2 titles out on check-out.

What if I lose a title while on check-out?

You are responsible for the title. If a title is lost while checked-out the user will be required to purchase the title at the Tradersbrain OFFER Pricing price. In the event a title is lost during shipment, it is the responsibility of the user to provide proof that a title was shipped back to Tradersbrain.

When I ship a title back to Tradersbrain will I be required to use my own packaging materials?

Depending on your service program, Tradersbrain will supply the return box, return postage, packaging tape and shipping label.

What if the title I want is already checked-out?

Users wanting a title that is already checked-out can add the title to their MY QUEUE so that when the title becomes available it will automatically be checked-out for your account.

When I check-out a title, how many days do I have to read it?

This is determined by the service program you choose. See our Sign-Up page for full details.

Does Tradersbrain sell titles?

Yes. Users can purchase any title in the Tradersbrain library by submitting an OFFER Pricing form. OFFER Pricing is Tradersbrain special purchasing service that gives you the best possible price on every title in the library.

Do I need a subscription to purchase a title on Tradersbrain?

No. Tradersbrain titles are available for purchase to non-subscribers. See OFFER Pricing for additional details.

Will Tradersbrain ship outside of the United States?

Yes. We will ship anywhere in the world (with a few exceptions). See our our Purchase form for international shipping rates.

Can I buy the title I have on check-out?

Yes. To purchase a title on check-out, simply complete an OFFER Pricing form.

Am I required to have the title on check-out before I purchase?

No. If you are a service subscriber or PILOT program member you can buy any title at any time.

What if I don't find the title I am looking for?

Depending on the demand, often times, we will search our resources and obtain a copy of the title you need. To request a title not in our library, simply complete our Title Request form.

Are Tradersbrain's subscription services available to individuals outside of the USA?

How are packages shipped?

Packages will be shipped either USPS Media mail, Priority, or International Priority, depending on the service program selected.

Can I make copies of the courses and seminars I check-out?

No. Tradersbrain takes pride in knowing its' customers do not infringe on copyrights.  Please respect the copyright laws of the United States.

Does Tradersbrain have package pick-up?

For subscribers of our Gold and Platinum Services package pick-up is available through the USPS.

What is my subscription obligation once I sign-up to Tradersbrain?

Subscribers are obligated to sign-up for a 3 month period.

Is my personal information sold to solicitors?

No. Tradersbrain users customers can feel confident that their personal information will never be disseminated to third party solicitors or vendors.
