Tradersbrain Service subscribers and PILOT members have rental access to Tradersbrain's library of titles. For information on becoming a subscriber or member, please see our Sign-Up page.

Before a title can be shipped, a Check-Out form must be submitted

Upon completion of a Check-Out form you will be notified via email that the Check-Out request has been received. Included will be confirmation that the title(s) is/are available for shipment. Please note that sometimes titles listed in the Tradersbrain database may not be available for shipment.  This is usually caused by delays in updating our databases.

Prior to shipment of a title a Rental Agreement must be acknowledged and accepted by the Service Program subscriber or PILOT Program Member

If a title is not available subscriber may enter their name onto the title's request form or add it to their MY Queue.

Subscribers of Tradersbrain's Silver, Gold or Platinum services are required to include into their check-out two titles. Partial title check-outs are not permitted and will not be processed.

For example, if you are a Silver Service subscriber,  two titles are required on your check-out form request.

PILOT Program Members only

PILOT Program members are granted a Check-Out period of 45 calendar days. Check-out period includes shipping time from Tradersbrain to member address and return shipment. PILOT member will be notified via email of the actual due date. The actual due date will also be included on the invoice that accompanies the shipment.

PILOT Program member may extend a Check-Out, without incurring penalty, only if an Extension Request is received prior to, or on, the check-out's final due date. PILOT Program members are allowed a maximum of two (2) consecutive extensions on a check-out.

A late fee of 0.95 per day is calculated and will be applied from the date immediately following the final due date to the date prior to the receipt date.
