Richard Ney takes a view of the market from the inside - the specialist who controls the stock. His view of bullish and bearish volume is totally opposite of those who trade by buying low volume pullbacks. Ney's view is it is bearish.

His other views are contrary to the traditional views held. It is especially interesting how he is able to see the specialist actions in the stocks they market and how they use shorting to bring price down to their wholesale prices and sell at retail. Very interesting read indeed.
