This video is pretty basic and covers simple trend analysis mainly, but it should not be under estimated for its value. I found Rick Bensignor's candid style entertaining and the information he presented enlightening. He speaks from experience and from the heart and it showed (at least to me) he knows what he is talking about, based on real-live trading experience.
